1. Repeat the same experiment with better technology.
- With a better technology that can precisely apply to the pressure point would give a more precise value. 2. Have a larger sample size. - My first experiment had 11 participants while my second experiment had 10 participants. That was not a lot. I would try to recruit more people which would help to improve the precision of my mean value when I do the calculation. 3. Study the second part of the experiment for a longer period of time - I would like to see the improvement of those who do mindfulness exercises and to be able to track the progress and improvement over many weeks or even months.
